My first line of thanks goes out to the people who came to the dance, our guests of honour. I’ve had the good fortune to meet individuals like you, who have helped make the evening a success. Thank you. Secondly, thanks go to tonight’s donors and sponsors. This event would not have been so amazing without you. These businesses and individuals have a social conscience that looks far beyond a bottom line. You are part of our social fabric and your actions help weave a better community every day. Thirdly, we salute our volunteers. You are the individuals who have worked hard, giving your time and energy and goodwill to bring this dance and silent auction together. We would also like to thank our entertainment. Coming of Age really knows how to get us shaking! Thanks to your classic rock tunes from the 60s, 70s & 80s, we danced the night away! Finally, a very BIG thank you goes out to our Master of Ceremonies, John Harada of Oldies 1090. John, thanks for donating your time, energy and expertise. We really appreciate it!
